Senior Fintech Architect
Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Fintech Architect with a strong C++ engineering background and extensive hands-on experience in the Fintech domain - particularly with trading systems, market connectivity, order execution, and high-performance transaction processing.
This is a greenfield project, giving you full ownership over defining the platform’s technical architecture, system components, performance strategy, and integration patterns. You will work directly with top management from our US client and play a key leadership role by guiding and supervising the entire engineering team throughout the development lifecycle.
Job responsibilities:
• Participation in design and define the end-to-end system architecture for a new trading platform, including core services, data pipelines, market interaction layers, and performance-critical components.
• Lead the architectural vision and ensure scalability, low latency, fault tolerance, and high throughput across all parts of the system.
• Collaborate closely with US-based executive team to translate business and trading requirements into technical specifications and implementation strategies.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines for the entire engineering team.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor developers across multiple sub-teams (backend, infrastructure, QA).
• Oversee integration of market data feeds, trading algorithms, and order management workflows with a strong focus on performance and reliability.

Job requirements
• Strong C++ development with over than 10 years experience
• Extensive experience in Fintech, especially with:
o Electronic trading systems
o Market data processing
o Execution engines
o Low-latency, high-throughput systems
• Proven experience designing architectures for mission-critical real-time platforms.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Experience in leading teams or acting as a principal/lead engineer.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface directly with senior stakeholders.
Nice to Have
• Experience with high-frequency trading environments.
• Familiarity with FIX protocol or other trading communication standards.
• Background in microservices, containerized environments, or cloud-native design.
• Experience in regulatory, compliance, or risk management systems within Fintech.
