Fintech Engineer
Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with a solid .NET,Java or Python knowledge and extensive hands-on experience in the Fintech domain.
Job responsibilities:
• Participation in design and define the end-to-end system architecture for a new fintech platform, including core services, data pipelines, market interaction layers, and performance-critical components.
• Collaborate closely with US-based executive team to translate business and fintech requirements into technical specifications and implementation strategies.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines for the entire engineering team.
• Conduct architectural reviews, evaluate technical risks, and propose long-term technology roadmap initiatives.
• Ensure system security and compliance with Fintech industry standards related to data handling, transactional safety, and operational resilience.
• Participate in decision making regarding infrastructure, distributed systems design, and deployment strategies.

Job requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in .NET, Java or Python
• Extensive experience in Fintech
• Market data processing
• Execution engines
• Low-latency, high-throughput systems
• Proven experience designing architectures for mission-critical real-time platforms.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Experience in leading teams or acting as a principal/lead engineer.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface directly with senior stakeholders.
Nice to Have
• Experience with high-frequency trading environments
• Familiarity with FIX protocol or other trading communication standards
• Background in microservices, containerized environments, or cloud-native design
• Experience in regulatory, compliance, or risk management systems within Fintech
