This team will play a pivotal role in spearheading innovation. Job responsibilities:
· Develop, enhance, and maintain the Traderdesktop application across Windows, macOS, and white-labeled versions.
· Design, implement, and optimize features in alarge-scale C++ codebase while ensuring performance, stability, andmaintainability.
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technicalissues related to networking, multithreading, and real-time market dataprocessing.
· Collaborate with product managers, engineers,QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
· Participate in code reviews and contribute toimproving engineering standards and best practices.
· Integrate with market data providers, brokerconnectivity services, and trading infrastructure as needed.
· Maintain and enhance existing modules whilecontributing to future product improvements.
Job requirements
· 5+ years of professional C++ softwaredevelopment experience.
· Strong experience developing and maintainingdesktop applications.
· Strong problem-solving skills with a willingnessto dive deep into technical details, including the mathematical reasoningbehind algorithms and system behavior.
· Strong debugging, troubleshooting, andproblem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and collaborationskills.
· Experience in the financial services or tradingtechnology industry.
· Solid understanding of:
· Multithreading and concurrent programming
· Networking and socket programming
· Real-time data processing
· Large, existing production codebases
· Familiarity with:
· Equities and options trading
· Market data feeds
· Order management and execution workflows
· Charting applications
· Broker connectivity
· Nice to have:
· Experience with macOS application development.
· Experience with Kafka, Enterprise MQ, or othermessaging technologies.
· Familiarity with AWS and cloud-basedinfrastructure.
· Experience building or integrating B2B APIs.
· Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CDpipelines.
· Experience with VBScript.
· Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
· Experience administering or supporting MicrosoftServer environments.
· Ability to contribute to application support,database, or infrastructure-related initiatives when needed.
· Experience working in fast-paced fintechorganizations.
