Integrated Management System in TIAC
TIAC as a company has always been focused on improvement of its internal processes in order to be able to offer its clients the high quality of services. Our commitment to continuous improvement has led us to implement (and ultimately, certify) an Integrated Management System (IMS) in the field of our core operations.
In March 2017, our efforts have been officially acknowledged and rewarded with the successful certification.
We have decided to implement those standards that are relevant for our business efforts and our clients, as well as the ones that we as a company deem important and in compliance with our corporate values:
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System
- ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System
- ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management System
The scope of certification is: Software design, development, implementation and maintenance. The certification applies to the entire company.
The certificates have been issued under No. 3810557 for the registration period from 24th March, 2020 to 23rd March, 2023.
