DESCRIPTION
Purpose of the project was to make software for automation of the process of standard procedure, which consists of jobs, work tasks and activities of obtaining the documentation for object building i.e. for usage of land by organizations and private subjects.
The software implements following processes:
- Submitting of documentation
- Calculation of compensation and rent for different types of contracts
- Generating and signing of contracts
- Generating different types of contracts
- Changes in contracts
- Templates for contract clauses
- Generating annexes to contracts
- Financial monitoring for contracts
- Input and review of payments
- Valorization
- Interest calculation
- Monitoring of contract realization
- Generating of financial status
- Generating of documents (notices, payment requests etc.)
TECHNOLOGIES:
The technology is based on Microsoft .NET platform.
Within .NET platform the following was used:
- ASP.NET (user interface)
- C# .NET (business logic)
- NEJB (persistent layer)
- ADO.NET (database access).
Web Application server that was used as a support to execution is IIS, while the system for database management is MS SQL Server 2000. To facilitate work, we used our own development framework.
