March is coming quickly and we are wrapping up our preparations for CeBIT2012. This is one of the most exciting IT events of the year and we are happy to be a part of it and be able to present our updated portfolio of services.

ZENNUTRITION WEB SITE WITH CMS LAUNCHED [ October, 2011 ]
New web site with CMS created for the Fortis Team brand ZENNUTRIOTION (www.ZENNUTRITION.rs) has been launched as a first AxCMS.net implementation project.
As we have previously announced, our first project dealing with implementation and adaptation of AxCMS.net solution is now successfully finished with the launch of a new web site for ZENNUTRITION brand. ZENNUTRITION is a brand of Fortis Team brand ZENNUTRITION was created in 2010 for a group of selected high-quality dietary supplements, with intention to add to healthier life and wellbeing of people.
Implementation of this CMS web site has included a brand new web site design, implementation of AxCMS.net solution, new custom page templates, and development of custom content modules to satisfy all the customer’s needs in terms of content layout.
TIAC BECOMES AxCMS.net SOLUTION PROVIDER [ August, 2011 ]
TIAC has decided to partner up with the leader in enterprise web CMS – German Axinom (www.axinom.com) and become AxCMS.net Solution Provider in order to be able to provide efficient, .NET based CMS systems to our customers.
TIAC has always been predominantly dedicated to development of custom software solutions, including CMS solutions. However, we also recognize that there are cases when a custom solution would be overkill in resources and a typical off-the shelf CMS solution is the best way to go. For this reason, we have decided to opt for a commercial CMS solution that satisfies our standards in terms of both functionality and technology – AxCMS.net, a product of Axinom (the long term Microsoft partner, who has been awarded with Gold and Silver Competencies in the areas »Application Platform« and »Cross Platform Solutions« for the year 2011 / 2012 ... read more ... ), and to become an AxCMS.net Solution Provider.
First implementation (and customization) of this solution is underway, with several others already in sight.
A NEW PROJECT WITH AN OLD PARTNER [ July, 2011 ]
TIAC continues cooperation with a long-term partner from Italy.
TIAC has always highly valued its clients and partners and has worked hard to keep a one-time client coming back - to transform the relationship into a long-term cooperation. Now we have yet another example of this practice yielding good results.
Together with our partner from Italy, TIAC has started cooperating on a new project. We are excited to work on this project which deals with smart phone devices communicating with a centralized portal, programming with Android, I-OS and Java and to have gained another opportunity to prove ourselves as a reliable partner..
ENTERING AUSTRIAN MARKET [ June, 2011 ]
Having been in contact with the Austrian company Procon Data for a while, the time has come to cooperate on a specific project.
The idea of possible cooperation between Procon Data from Austria and TIAC goes back more than two years. Having met each other again this year, the idea has came to its realization. After a visit to Vienna by TIAC, Procom Data has returned the visit and here in Serbia we have signed the contract.
The project itself has a very complex nature, both in terms of its software and hardware structure, and it will be developed using .NET technology. The domain cannot be disclosed.
ADMONITOR 2 [ April, 2011 ]
Following the successful development of version 1, the cooperation continues with the version 2.
AdMonitor is a software application for collecting adds from newspapers, which our company has successfully developed for our long-term partner Bluefish from Denmark. The concept has evolved in the meantime so that now begins the development of version 2 of the software, which is intended for commercial reporting based on gathered newspaper adds.
INTERNATIONAL B2B SOFTWARE DAYS [ March, 2011 ]
Our company is going to take part at forthcoming “International B2B Software Days” event in Vienna, Austria taking place on March 30-31.
Considering TIAC's market orientation, this type of events like B2B Software Days in Vienna is of significant interest. This will be a great opportunity to expand our contact base with new contacts from Western Europe, and to meet with some of our previous acquaintances.
CeBIT – TRADITION CONTINUES [ February, 2011 ]
TIAC will participate at the world’s biggest IT trade show - CeBIT 2011.
Participation at CeBIT is always a great opportunity both to get together with our existing European partners and to meet new potential ones. For this reason, TIAC continues the tradition of participation at CeBIT trade show.
This year we will participate as a part of Serbian delegation lead by Serbia Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA).

NEW YEAR'S CELEBRATION [ December, 2010 ]
In a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, with sounds of an acoustic guitar, members of TIAC and our friends have said farewell to year 2010 and greeted 2011.
At the end of yet another successful year, TIAC has organized a party for its employees, their families and its closest associates. The evening went by in good spirits, with good music and good humored people, who are the key success factor of our company.

IT&BUSINESS 2010 [ October, 2010 ]
Continuing its long lasting tradition of being present at German IT fairs, TIAC is to participate at IT&Business Fair in Stuttgart.
Apart from CeBIT, IT&Business Fair is another great IT industry meeting point in Germany. As a participant in USAID Serbia Competitiveness Project, implemented by Booz Allen Hamilton, the export promotion program of Serbian IT industry, TIAC will be co-exhibiting at IT&Business. The fair will take place in from 26-28 October in Stuttgart, Germany, and out representatives will be there at the national stand of Serbian delegation in HALL 3, Stand 3E91-1.

TRILATERAL ICT CLUSTER MEETING IN SZEGED, HUNGARY [ October, 2010 ]
On the trilateral ICT cluster meeting of ICT Clusters of Szeged, Timisoara and Novi Sad, TIAC will be presenting its product - Route Manager.
ICT Cluster of Szeged (Hungary) in co-operation with DEAK Non-Profit Research Group, is organizing the 1st trilateral (Hungary-Romania-Serbia) cross-border ICT Cluster Meeting in Szeged on October 28th and 29th. The purpose of this two-day event is to set up a framework for IT companies from three regions to meet each other, to present their ideas and to discuss possibilities for cooperation.
As a member of Vojvodina ICT cluster, TIAC will participate in this event, and furthermore, we will present our product - Route Manager. Our wish is to expand the network of partners in domain of our INFORA division i.e. optimization software.
PROMOTIONAL EVENT OF VOJVODINA ICT CLUSTER [ October, 2010 ]
On October 13th, Vojvodina ICT cluster has hosted a big promotional event in Novi Sad.
As one of the founding companies of Vojvodina ICT cluster, TIAC was present at the high profile promotional event organized by the cluster. The event was supported by German Organization for Technical Cooperation - GTZ, and it attracted prominent guests such as Mr. Bojan Pajtic, President of the Vojvodina Government and representatives of German Embassy in Serbia, as well as the media and member companies. This was a great opportunity for further promotion of this growing community and for drawing attention of the public and government towards the great potential ICT sector in Vojvodina has, especially concerning export.
Vojvodina ICT cluster was founded in March 2010 and it presently has 23 members, with over 1500 employees. Its mission is to create conditions for development of ICT through cluster networking, and push Vojvodina to the position of the regional leader in ICT.
SMALL PROJECT FOR LONG RELATIONSHIP [ October, 2010 ]
We are starting a new project with Bluefish, our partner from Denmark.
TIAC has started to work on a project for monitoring of newspaper adds. Although this is a small project, it is jet another contribution towards strengthening of the cooperation between our Danish partner Bluefish and TIAC.
TIAC ON A BIG PROJECT [ August, 2010 ]
In consortium with M&I Systems, we have begun the work on a project in PIO RS.
A consortium comprised of M&I Systems Novi Sad, M&I Systems Banja Luka and TIAC has won the tender for development of the information system for PIO Fund in Republika Srpska. After many realized projects with duration ranging from three to twelve months, this new project will be one of the largest ones that TIAC was involved in. This will be a big challenge in terms of application of appropriate methodology of work.
ROUTE MANAGER V2 [ August, 2010 ]
After successful application of the software for optimization of routes, now it is time for the development of version two of the software.
In cooperation with Danish company Bluefish, TIAC is working on development of the new version of our product called RouteManager. All experiences gathered in the past year through usage of the software and through communication with prospective clients have influenced us to plan new features for the product and to develop the new version. TIAC will be in charge of the development segment of the product, which will be presented under INFORA brand.
PILOT PROJECT IN ITALY [ July, 2010 ]
TIAC and ULIXE have started a test-cooperation.
Following the negotiations with Ulixe, an Italy based company, about possibilities for long-term cooperation, the next step was to start a pilot project. The software in question is a .NET platform based project in domain of food and beverage.
Apart from the kick off of the pilot project, further negotiations are on the way about other projects that are in prospect after the successful finish of the test cooperation. This will represent the return of TIAC to the Italian market, where TIAC has already had some experiences. Both of our companies are striving towards a long-term relationship.
NEW PROJECT IN SLOVENIA [ June, 2010 ]
After a successful collaboration on our first project together, TIAC and M&I continue to work with Slovenian partners on a new project.
Through partnership with M&I, TIAC has began cooperation with Slovenian company SRC Infonet.
The new project is a development of a modern software application within client's core domain, that will use advanced Microsoft technologies such as WPF and WCF. Information about its functionalities is confidential.
IMPRESSIONS FROM CEBIT 2010 [ March, 2010 ]
After the third year in a row as exhibitors at CeBIT, our representatives return very positive despite the notable decrease in size of the fair and quality of the visitors.
Although CeBIT 2010 has been smaller than in the previous years, TIAC has had yet another successful participation. We are very satisfied with the number and profile of contacts made this year.
CeBIT proved to be a good place to make not only new contacts but also to catch up with old contacts and make new plans for future cooperation. Matchmaking event, Future Match 2010 organized by Enterprise Europe Network, has been a great place to meet with other companies and exchange ideas.
To sum it up, CeBIT is by all means the event to participate in, and, in support of this, we have several high probability new projects to start in the near future.
FOUNDING ASSEMBLY OF VOJVODINA ICT CLUSTER [ March, 2010 ]
TIAC becomes one of the founders of Vojvodina ICT cluster.
Companies from Vojvodina working in ICT sector have gathered on March 16th, 2010 to officially found Vojvodina ICT cluster, with the support of Faculty of Technical Sciences, Novi Sad and Vojvodina Investment Promotion.
This initiative has gathered all the relevant factors for the further promotion of the industry's place in the regional economy. Main goals set for the cluster will be to strengthen cooperation among its members, to facilitate participation in EU and international projects and joint applications to tenders, and to promote lobbying with the lawmakers and bodies that create strategies for further development of IT sector on both regional and national levels.

OLD PARTNERS – NEW HORIZONS [ February, 2010 ]
Successful partnership with US based company Weatherford continues with a new project.
We are happy to announce that we are given another opportunity to give our creative contribution to the development of a new product for our long term partner Weatherford (previously ILI, acquired by Weatherford).
WTSS is the name of the new project that deals with field data acquisition, processing and management. Domain base of this project is a software product previously developed by TIAC for the above mentioned company. Details of the project are, off course, a secret.
PRESENTATION OF CeBIT 2010 IN BELGRADE [ October, 2009 ]
Presentation of CeBIT 2010 - Push your business was held in Belgrade on October, 27th 2009 and TIAC's representatives were in attendance.
On October, 27th 2009, representatives of TIAC have attended the presentation of the CeBIT 2010 in Belgrade, organized by the representatives of Deutche Messe Hannover. CeBIT 2010 was presented by Martina Lübon, Sales Director of Deutsche Messe Hannover and Andrija Bednarik, ICT Consultant of SIEPA.
Traditionally, TIAC group will be participating at CeBIT 2010 as one of the world's most prominent ICT events. For the year 2010 CeBIT is modifying and contemporizing its organization and services. So is TIAC. Our company is planning new approaches to its participation and exhibition, and will be offering new products and services at the following CeBIT.
TIAC IN IT 2 BUSINESS CATALOGUE [ October, 2009 ]
From October 2009, IT 2 Business Catalogue is available both as hard copy and online, and TIAC is among 33 companies from the region offering their selected highest quality software products and services.
IT 2 Business solutions catalogue was created as a resource of IT solutions, with intention to boost competitiveness of companies in the region of Eastern Europe and Caucasus. This initiative is supported by USAID funded Regional Competitiveness Initiative (RCI) project and European Software Institute (ESI) - Eastern Europe. The catalogue aims to facilitate direct contacts between IT companies and companies from other sectors such as Tourism, Banking and Finance, Food Industry, Manufacturing, Agro Business etc., and to improve regional competitiveness through this type of collaboration.
The catalogue has started with selection of 72 software products and services provided by 33 companies from the region. TIAC is representing three of its products in the catalogue: IPA Information System, SFA (Sales Force Automation) solution and INFORA optimization software.

FOUNDING OF ICT CLUSTER OF VOJVODINA [ September, 2009 ]
Representatives of TIAC have participated at the kick-off meeting that has established base ground for founding of ICT cluster in Vojvodina.
The idea for establishing an ICT cluster in Vojvodina came as a natural consequence of the potential in ICT sector in the area that evidently exists, as well as of the necessity to channel this potential and promote collaboration between these companies and to establish infrastructure for support of their mutual interests.
This necessity was recognized by Vojvodina Investment Promotion Fund - VIP and by the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, who started the initiative to found an ICT cluster in Vojvodina. The first meeting of interested companies had both informative and working character. Branislav Bugarski of VIP Fund and professor Vojin Senk gave an introductory presentation of their idea, which was followed by the discussion of the participants, and concluded with creation of the committee for preparation of necessary background for the official founding of the cluster.
WORKING VISIT FROM OUR NORWEGIAN CLIENT [ July, 2009 ]
Norwegian company ServePro AS and TIAC are teaming up again on a new project.
Since the first contact at CeBIT 2008, ServePro AS from Norway and TIAC have been cooperating on numerous projects together. Good cooperation and satisfaction on both sides has resulted in jet another project that TIAC will be developing for ServePro.
The new project called DigiAdmin Express is to develop an information system that will include functionalities for Project Management, Contact Management, Internet kiosks' management, and hardware and software real-time monitoring system. Requirements specification for this project has been developed in joint effort by both teams at TIAC's site, and this is an example of how onsite-offsite mode of project can be successfully carried out.
FOURTH IMPLEMENTATION OF SFA SOLUTION [ July, 2009 ]
TIAC's SFA solution is being implemented for the fourth time but for the first time in a regional market.
Our software solution for automation of work for on-field salesmen and its synchronization with the central ERP solution - SFA, has been implemented together with the MIS/3 ERP solution by M&I Systems in Monus - Invey company from Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. This is the fourth implementation of this solution, with previous three implementations successfully operating within their companies.
IMPRESSIONS FROM 3rd CEED REGIONAL CONFERENCE [ June, 2009 ]
Representatives of TIAC visit the 3rd CEED Regional Conference held on June 5th, 2009 in Belgrade, Serbia.
CEED is a Center for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development that supports entrepreneurs by providing know-how and networks they need to accelerate the growth of their businesses. CEED Network provides entrepreneurs with peer to peer learning, and creates opportunities for establishing contacts essential for business growth.
This June, CEED has organized the 3rd CEED Regional Conference "Connect, innovate and grow: How collaboration can help drive growth in these challenging times". The conference presented to its participants an array of pre-eminent thought leaders on the subject of collaborative innovation, and how it can be catalyzed and managed to fuel company's growth. Key note speakers included Mr. Charles Leadbeater, international bestselling author of "We Think" and Dr. Michael Duncan, Open Innovation, Director of Procter & Gamble Europe, as well as representatives of multinational companies such as HP etc. Representatives of CEED founding partners, USAID, FMO as well as representatives of Serbian Chamber of Commerce and Serbia Government have been present at the conference. Participants also had an opportunity to take part in matchmaking activities and workshops hosted by keynote speakers Mr. Charles Leadbeater and Dr. Michael Duncan on the subject "How entrepreneurs and their SMEs can effectively partner with other SMEs" and "How entrepreneurs and their SMEs can effectively partner with other Regional and Multinational companies".
Our opinion is that the conference was very useful, especially in sense that we realized that improvement of products/services through collaboration is feasible and can be effective in our sector and our line of work. We also had several very constructive conversations with foreign participants.
PARTNERING WITH GLOBALIZEME [ May, 2009 ]
TIAC signs a strategic partnership agreement with GlobalizeMe.
GlobalizeMe is based in Netherlands and offers services of offshore and nearshore software development, offshore design and documentation, setting up business in India, translation and software localization to SMEs from all parts of Europe. We met people from GlobalizeMe at CeBIT 2009 and soon after established communication about possibilities for cooperation. A set of general negotiations was followed by a visit of representatives of GlobalizeMe to Novi Sad and our offices, which passed in amicable but working atmosphere and has resulted in the signing of the partnership agreement.
We are looking forward to developing many successful projects in cooperation with GlobalizeMe.
INFORA DIVISION REACTIVATED [ April, 2009 ]
TIAC's division for development of optimization software - INFORA is reactivated for a new project in Denmark.
In the last few years the main focus of our company has been placed on its Software Development division and services of custom software development and outsourcing. Now we got the chance to reactivate our INFORA division with a project in domain of optimization of vehicle routing. The pilot project for Denmark's Bluefish company, a contact we made at CeBIT 2009, is already underway. Upon its completion we hope to continue cooperation with Bluefish in this domain.
EXPERIENCES FROM THE STATES [ April, 2009 ]
Participation in USAID Community Connections program Marketing for Agribusiness, Furniture and Information and Communication Technologies Industries has been an invaluable experience for all participants.
The program, conducted locally by World Affairs Council of Oregon, proved to be exceptionally well organized and has offered to the entire Serbian delegation an opportunity to enhance thier knowledge of marketing and related disciplines. The team had meetings with marketing experts from the leading companies in the Portland city area such as Portland State University, Ziba Design, Market Strategies International, Nike, Lane PR, Sandler Training, U.S. Department of Commerce - U.S. Export Assistance Center, Wieden+Kennedy, Pop Art Inc., Poster Garden, and with the industry specific companies such as Pivotal Investments, Strategic Solutions NW, Intel, EasyStreet, OakTree Digital, Happy Inc., Marquam Group.
As a member of Serbian team of marketing professionals our colleague, Svetlana Kovac, had the opportunity to gain insight in the latest marketing trends and in overall business environment in the United States. Her goal is to implement this knowledge for the benefit of our company by using action plan developed onsight with expert help of Mr. Robert M. Zahrowski.
CeBIT 2009 - A SUCCESS [ April, 2009 ]
After successful participation at CeBIT 2009 in March, new projects are in prospect.
TIAC's participation at this year's CeBIT can already be qualified as very successful one. Thanks to the quality of our offer and experience gained from previous participations, our team at the fair has managed to brong home an increased number of leads compared to previous years. Participation at CeBIT has also been a great opportunity to meet with our existing clients and partners and to reinforce those connections.
There has been considerable interest for our services at the fair and we are very satisfied to announce that several new leads from the fair have provided prospects for long term cooperation and for new projects, that are due to start as early as Q2 this year.
NEW DOMESTIC PROJECT FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF SUBOTICA [ March, 2009 ]
A new project on domestic market is about to start.
TIAC has started work on a new project on domestic market for the Municipality of Subotica. Our team is developing an information system for automation of the process of leasing the public land belonging to Municipality of Subotica to private subjects and corporate bodies. The project is yet another application of our knowledge in development of software for business process automation. Main characteristics of the project are strict process workflow, generation of template based documents, support for fast data entering during auctions, and immediate generation of auction reports and simultaneous printing on multiple printers.
BOOSTING OUR MARKETING SKILLS [ February, 2009 ]
TIAC's employee selected to participate in USAID Community Connections program Marketing for Agribusiness, Furniture and Information and Communication Technologies Industries.
Community Connections program in Serbia is organizing a three-week program of professional training and cultural exchange for ten marketing professionals from Serbia. The program will take place in Portland, Oregon from March 11th to April 1st this year. It will offer its participants a chance to improve their professional skills and to get insight of American professional environment within their particular fields of work.
One of the selected participants is our business assistant and marketing officer. We hope to get new knowledge and new insights into marketing from this program, and to improve our company and our business through professional improvement of our employees.
TIAC at CeBIT [ February, 2009 ]
Following the successful participation in previous years, TIAC will be exhibiting at CeBIT 2009 once again.
We are happy to announce that TIAC will be exhibiting at CeBIT 2009 from March 3rd to 8th in German city of Hannover. From our previous experiences we are sure that we can expect even greater success from this year's participation. SUCCESSFUL VISIT TO ITnT [ February, 2009 ]
In period from Jauary 26th to 28th, our company has actively participated at ITnT fair in Austria.
As previously announced, TIAC has visited ITnT trade fair in Vienna, Austria. At the fair we have had a chance to see the latest achievements and new trends in IT, especially in the field of software development which is of particular interest to our company.
Apart from visiting the fair, TIAC has actively participated in the matchmaking event that was organized at the fair. At the matchmaking event, where participated about 60 companies, we have had a number of quality contacts with companies that are interested in cooperation. We are very satisfied with the fact that the most of these contacts are from Austria and Germany, which are our target markets.
Contacts we have generated at the fair are promising, and we are satisfied that we have made a good impression on our potential partners.
TIAC AT ITnT TRADE FAIR IN AUSTRIA [ January, 2009 ]
TIAC is preparing to visit the international IT trade fair in Vienna at the end of January.
ITnT trade fair will take place from January 27th to 29th in Vienna, Austria (www.itnt.at). It is one of the biggest IT events in this part of Europe.
This year, TIAC will visit the fair intending to both make new business contacts at the fair, and to actively participate in the matchmaking event that will be organized during the fair. This participation should also be a good preparation for our participation at the biggest IT fair: the forthcoming CeBIT 2009.
VIPIS - a nominee for Diskobolos 2008 [ December, 2008 ]
TIAC's product VIPIS, created for Vojvodina Investment Promotion Fund, gets into the final round for receiving the prestigious award - Diskobolos 2008.
Diskobolos is an international award for modern use of ICT in everyday business, and it is offered to IT products that make the most significant impact in various fields. The award is being given by JISA (http://www.jisa.rs/engleski/indexe.htm) in cooperation with International ICT Council, the European Economics Chamber and the West Balkans Economic Chambers and ICT Associations. The award is given to contestants in 11 categories.
This year, one of the contestants in the category of Services was our product VIPIS, a software solution / information system for IPA agencies, developed for Vojvodina Investment Promotion Fund from Novi Sad. Our product is one of seven nominees on the short list for receiving this award. Mr. Milan Šolaja of VIP Fund will be giving a public presentation of this product at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce on December 10th, 2008.
SAME SOLUTION, NEW SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION - SFA [ November, 2008 ]
The winning combination SFA-MIS/3 has been yet again successfully implemented.
As previously announced, the new implementation of the software solution for on-field sales, SFA, is concluded and has successfully started to operate. Beohemija i.e. its sub company ProLogistic, has started using SFA solution in September, and the official version has been released and put in operation in November. Sales representatives of this company are using PDA devices with SFA all over Serbia. The synchronization and further automation of the process is performed by MIS/3 ERP solution developed by M&I Systems.
COOPERATION WITH NORWAY CONTINUES [ July, 2008 ]
The first cooperation originated from CeBIT yields a long term relationship.
Two months ago TIAC was given a chance to do a prototype for a Norwegian company SevePro AS. That was the first effective realization of a contact made at CeBIT.
After a successful completion of a pilot project, ServePro has expressed their satisfaction and decided to outsource a vital large-scale project to TIAC – the development of a new version of the system for internet booths all over Europe. Cooperation of this project will last until the end of the fall, and there are indications that the cooperation will be continued once more after this period to the mutual satisfaction.
ANOTHER IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SFA SOLUTION [ July, 2008 ]
Yet another company on our home market has opted for the MIS3 – SFA solution.
There is an increasing interest for the software solution for automation of on-field sales, SFA, that TIAC has developed in cooperation with our partner company M&I Systems. After two successful implementations of this solution incorporated with MIS/3 ERP system, another company on our home market - Beohemija, more precisely its sub company Aquacom that works in domain of bottling and distribution of water, has decided to implement this solution into its sales process.
SFA software enables automation of work for field salesmen and auto-synchronization of field data with the central ERP solution.
The implementation of the solution is in progress and its on-filed work is expected to commence as early as August this year.
CeBIT PARTICIPATION YIELDS ITS FIRST FRUIT [ April, 2008 ]
After only one month, a first CeBIT-originated cooperation is underway.
In March 2008, TIACgroup has participated at the world’s largest IT fair - CeBIT 2008 in German city of Hanover. That was the opportunity to make numerous international contacts, and after only one month, the participation has procured its first concrete results.
At the end of April, after its top management recognized TIAC’s qualities at the fair, Norwegian company ServePro-AS starts the work on a pilot project with TIAC team. Upon completion of the pilot project, a continuing cooperation is expected.
BIG ON HOME MARKET [ March, 2008 ]
One of the largest companies on domestic market gives its trust to TIAC’s engineering team.
Wanting to boost its business, Hemofarm-Stada, one of the leaders on European market of pharmaceuticals, has launched the development of an application for automation of planning of clients’ orders. By winning this project, TIAC starts cooperation with the large Serbian concern. First results are expected in May 2008.
COOPERATION WITH AUSTRALIA CONTINUES [ February, 2008 ]
Following the success of a pilot project for Australian company Aussiepay, the cooperation is to be continued.
TIAC has successfully finalized the first module of Aussiepay’s new software product. The result, that has been qualified as positive by both parties, has induced the extention of cooperation. TIAC will continue to work on this product and the development of new modules.
TIAC AT CEBIT (March 4-9th, 2008) [ January, 2008 ]
TIAC will participate at CeBit for the second time, but for the first time as exhibitors!
Our company has been invited by Netherlands’ CBI to exhibit at their stand at CeBit 2008 in Hannover. Having accepted this offer, it will be possible for a visitor to learn more about services that TIAC offers at CBI stand and to schedule an appointment with company representatives. Primarily, TIAC will be offering outsourcing services to west-european clients with an accent on the high quality of our products and services.

COOPERATION WITH AUSTRALIA [ January, 2008 ]
TIAC realizes a cooperation on yet another continent – this time in Australia!
Up until now, TIAC has had a number of successful cooperation with companies located throughout several continents: Europe, North America and Africa. This time, we have started a project on yet another continent – Australia. We will be cooperating with a company AussiePay, which provides accounting services. TIAC team will be developing one of the modules for their latest software product in the accounting services area.
TIAC ORGANIZES THE FIRST ITMARK COURSE IN SERBIA! [ January, 2008 ]
In cooperation with ESI Center Bulgaria, TIACgroup is to organize the first ITMark course in Serbia.
TIACgroup is organizing the first official ITMark course for IT companies, members of Serbian Software Cluster, that are interested in ITMark certification. The course is organized in cooperation with ESI Center Bulgaria and Serbian Software Cluster and it will be instructed by Ivaylo Gueorguiev, an authorized instructor of “ITMark Overview” by ESI, Bilbao (Spain).
The course will take place on December 17th 2007 in Belgrade at the premises of Serbian Chamber of Commerce and it will provide information about ITMark basic method, business management, software process improvement and ITMark certification service. The following day is reserved for workshops and discussions with the companies.
DEVELOPMENT OF POINT GROUP WEB APPLICATION [ December, 2007 ]
TIAC is starting work on a new project: development of a dynamic web application for Point Group.
Web site that is going to be developed by TIAC is going to be and internet presentation for the entire Point Group Holding, which is comprised of some 30 companies. This is going to be a dynamic web application with CMS in its core. It is particularly interesting that this software will be developed in specific environment of IBM platform, using iSeries server and DB2 database.
ESTIMATION WORK FOR SIMULA LAB [ December, 2007 ]
TIACgroup wins the project to create estimations for renowned Norwegian institute “Simula Research Laboratory”.
In the period from November 15th 2007 to December 12th 2007, TIACgroup had the privilege to work on an interesting project in the domain of software project estimation. It has been an outsourcing project where only a part of development process was outsourced to our company – the process of estimation. The Norwegian institute “Simula Research Laboratory” was looking for partners that would provide accurate estimations for five of their other projects. Our company has won this project and, owing to the knowledge of the area and quality estimation methods, concluded it within the time frame. Considering that the project has been finalized with success and to the satisfaction of both parties, it is quite possible that the cooperation between Simula Lab and TIAC will be continued in the future.
COOPERATION WITH ESI ALLIANCE [ August, 2007 ]
TIAC starts cooperation with ESI Center Bulgaria in first quarter of 2007.
We are proud to announce that through cooperation with ESI, we have started the realization of our SPI division’s main mission and vision: to provide consulting services to third parties in domain of software process improvement, apart from division’s internal operations.
TIAC has entered into cooperation with European Software Institute, Center Bulgaria in early 2007. With this cooperation agreement, TIAC has become a regional partner for providing ITMark certification services, which is a CMMI-based product of ESI.
This agreement, based on ITMark certification, is just a first step in the cooperation with ESI Center Bulgaria, since it is planned to extend the cooperation to CMMI certification.
SUCCESSFUL COOPERATION IN S. AFRICA [ April, 2007 ]
TIAC and South African company PSyberGate have started cooperation in April 2007 by signing an agreement and by starting their first joint project.. In April 2007, TIACgroup has entered into cooperation with South African company PSyberGate. The first joint project is already under way. The project called ALP is done for the University of Witwatersrand, and is going to take several months to complete. Our mutual goal is to establish long term cooperation between our companies.
The cooperation commenced with the visit of TIAC’s representatives to PSyberGate. Purpose of the visit was to sign the cooperation agreement. In period of April 24th to May 20th 2007, one of our employees has completed training necessary for the future successful work on joint projects.
In accordance with all this, it is clear that the mission of our company is the application of software project management and software quality assurance in software development, together with providing consulting services in this area.
In next couple of years, we expect the success and growth on domestic market, and we strongly believe that in ten years period this company could become a leading consulting comapny in the field of project management and IT technologies in Southeastern Europe.
Our experts are researching and working on development of proprietary software solution for software project management, which would, later on, be made commercially available to other clients as well.
